We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bookings and Payments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advance payment is required to confirm any tour package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For multi-day circuits, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required upon itinerary confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Day trips in Mozambique do not require a deposit; for South Africa and Eswatini, a 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card (Visa) and cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfers must cover any related fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card payments carry a 3% surcharge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elephant Safaris Africa applies special conditions for underage travelers in collaboration with its suppliers in South Africa, Eswatini and Mozambique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children aged 0\u20132: no cost if sharing a bed with adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children aged 3\u201311: 25%\u201350% discounts on accommodation and activities, according to supplier policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 12 years old, adult rates apply to all services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions are subject to availability and variations depending on each accommodation or contracted service. Discounts will be confirmed at the time of quotation or booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special Requests<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any requirements (special diets, accessibility, etc.) must be indicated in writing at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee fulfillment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Private Tours<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our excursions may be shared with other travelers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you would like a private tour, please request it in advance. Consult your doctor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow fever certificate is mandatory if traveling from an endemic area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Document Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All documentation will be sent once full payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travel Insurance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We recommend comprehensive insurance covering cancellations, health, baggage and pandemics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By accepting these terms, the passenger is deemed to have travel insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk Activities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some activities may involve natural or physical risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elephant Safaris Africa and its suppliers are not responsible for injuries, losses or accidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A liability waiver form may be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability Limits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We act as intermediaries between the client and suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for incidents during the trip caused by third parties or force majeure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Mozambique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal Jurisdiction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any legal dispute shall be resolved in Mozambican courts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Force Majeure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of strikes, pandemics, conflicts or natural disasters, Elephant Safaris Africa may cancel or suspend services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits will be converted into credits valid for 12 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New dates may involve rate adjustments by suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modifications and Changes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to substitute hotels or services with others of equal or higher category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The duration of the package may be affected by schedule or logistical changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any savings will be refunded; additional expenses will be borne by the traveler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Airline Responsibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Airlines are responsible only while passengers are on board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ticket constitutes the direct contract between the passenger and the airline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flights must be reconfirmed at least 72 hours before departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcdd Terms and Conditions \u2013 Transfer Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>1. Bookings and payments.<\/strong> Transfers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the transfer date. If payment is not received within this period, the booking may be cancelled automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>2. Cancellations and refunds.<\/strong> Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the service are subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or failure to appear (<em>no-show<\/em>) are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>3. Changes.<\/strong> Any change to the transfer date, time or location must be requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Liability.<\/strong> The company is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances (weather, traffic, border controls, etc.).
